Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, company, role (shipper / broker / carrier), password hash.
• Business info: DOT / MC numbers, equipment type, lanes, load details you post.
• Billing info: handled by Stripe; we store subscription status and customer ID, not full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, device/browser.

How we use it

• Operate the platform: matching, load posting, carrier vetting via public FMCSA data.
• Billing and account management.
• Product improvement, security, fraud prevention.
• Transactional email (account, billing, load notifications). We do not sell your data.

Subprocessors

We use trusted third parties to run the Service:

• Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, auth)
• Stripe (payments)
• SAM.gov / FMCSA (public federal data lookups)

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers.

Retention & deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can request deletion by emailing us; we will remove personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., California, EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Email us to exercise these rights.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our hosting provider using access controls and row-level security. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to the contact below.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new "Last updated" date.
