Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Freightwright (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Freightwright is a software platform that connects shippers, brokers, and motor carriers to post, discover, and match reefer freight loads, primarily on drop-and-hook lanes in the United States. Freightwright is not a broker, carrier, freight forwarder, or party to any transportation contract between users.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts. Carriers and brokers represent that they hold valid FMCSA authority, DOT registration, and insurance required to operate. You are responsible for the accuracy of information on your profile and for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid tiers (Shipper Pro, Broker Fleet) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You will not: post fraudulent loads or capacity; scrape or resell platform data; misrepresent authority, insurance, or equipment; harass other users; or use the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Freight transactions
Any load tender, rate confirmation, or transportation agreement is solely between the shipper/broker and the carrier. Freightwright does not guarantee load quality, payment, on-time delivery, or cargo condition. You are responsible for your own contracts, insurance claims, and dispute resolution.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freightwright's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
